  中新社北京4月26日电 (记者 张素)中国最高人民检察院26日对外发布今年1月至3月全国检察机关主要办案数据。其中,数据显示,检察机关批准逮捕未成年犯罪嫌疑人7100余人,对未成年犯罪嫌疑人决定起诉1.2万人。

  最高人民检察院案件管理办公室负责人就相关数据答问时说,检察机关充分发挥惩治与预防作用,共起诉未成年人犯罪1.2万人,对河北邯郸初中生被害案三名未成年人犯罪嫌疑人依法核准追诉。

  在此期间,检察机关对未成年犯罪嫌疑人作附条件不起诉5000余人。最高检案管办负责人说,要高度重视未成年人犯罪的预防和治理,预防就是保护,治理也是挽救。

  据知,检察机关通过心理疏导、帮扶教育、爱心资助,全方位开展救助工作,今年1月至3月,通过帮教回访、心理疏导、家庭教育指导等形式对不批捕、不起诉、被判处刑罚、未达刑事责任年龄不受刑事处罚等人员开展特殊预防工作280余次,并开展法治巡讲3000余次。

  与此同时,检察机关依法从严惩治侵害未成年人犯罪,今年一季度批准逮捕侵害未成年人犯罪7800余人,对侵害未成年人犯罪决定起诉1.6万人。特别是严厉打击利用电信网络手段侵害未成年人犯罪,起诉2100余人。

  为最大限度维护未成年人合法权益,检察机关还坚持“一案多查”,今年一季度延伸办理涉未成年人民事支持起诉案件1000余件,制发“督促监护令”6500余人,办理未成年人保护公益诉讼案件1900余件。

  为帮助涉案未成年人尽快摆脱阴影、走出困境,今年一季度,检察机关发放救助金1900余万元人民币,开展司法救助1600余件、社会救助290余件。最高检案管办负责人强调,要持续深化未成年人综合司法保护,确保涉未成年人问题有人管、管得住、管长远。(完)
